JOSH ALLISON

PRESIDENT OF NEW STEP ORTHOTIC LAB

Founder & President of New Step Orthotic Lab, Inc. is a Certified and Illinois State Licensed Pedorthist. He began his carrier sweeping floors in his cousin's shoe store at age 15. He is a 2000 class graduate of Collinsville High School and attended both OSU & SIU-E. Josh earned his Bachelors' degree in Business & Finance from SIU-E and a minor in Political Science in 2005. He is also a graduate of Walt Disney World College, earning his "Ducktorate Degree" in 2002. Josh also graduated from OSU-Oklahoma with a certificate in Pedorthics in 2000

Josh is married to Elise and has two children ages 5 & 2. "I over see the daily operation of the orthotic lab from start to finish"

Currently new step orthotic lab ships to 15 states.

WINSTON MONTGOMERY

Winston- Is VP of Operations for new step orthotic lab, inc. and also serves as VP and General Manager of its retail division. He was the companies' first employee in 2004. Winston has a vast knowledge relating the orthotic industry. Starting in production his primary responsibilities now include marketing, promoting product lines at various trade shows throughout the year & oversees the business office.
